This was the middle event between the 800 and 3K. 800 was an hour earlier. 3K was an hour later. I split my shin open three weeks before this Indoor Meet at a Trail Race, Little River Trail Run, and still have a nasty scar, but training since this meet on February 8th has been great despite the nastiest winter since I was a little boy. Now, six weeks later what can I do at Masters Indoor Nationals in the Mile and 800? Can't wait to find out. #PiedmontPacers
